William, known as “Captain Bill” in Seaford Harbor, was a respected and beloved member of the crew. His knowledge of boating and the waters of the South Shore were legendary. His helpfulness and companionship will be sorely missed and can never be replaced. My sincere condolences.

Dearest Dorothy & family, we are so very sorry for your loss. Bill was a fine gentleman and we will always remember him full of life & plenty of laughter while entertaining at one of your great BBQs, we learned the trick of making a great BBQ burger from Bill and we always remember him with a big smile!
