Dolores L. (Deveau) Pancrazi passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 31, 2023.
Dolores was born August 17, 1936, in Queens, NY. She was the middle daughter of Martin Deveau & Lucy Comeau both of Nova Scotia, Canada. She married Robert Pancrazi on March 30,1964 & resided in Glendale, NY where they raised their two sons, Robert and John.
Dolores worked at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens in the Billing and Credit Dept where she retired after 17 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. One of her favorite interests was watching & playing golf, having picked up the sport in her golden years. She also enjoyed travel. Making trips to Europe, Bermuda & Alaska as well as regular trips to Louisiana to visit her extensive family.
In October of 2013 she moved to Danbury CT to be closer to her granddaughters, Alexis and Lauren.
Dolores was a wonderful Mom & Grandmother, a patient teacher and great cook. Known for her gentle personality. Her presence had a way of making others feel at ease in her company. She was known as the one always leading the charge to plan activities, day trips or overnight road-trips. Usually in the company of her dearest friend of years, Vivian Anci, while recruiting other friends along the way.
Dolores is survived by her sons, Robert and John Pancrazi. Grandchildren , Alexis Pancrazi and Lauren Pancrazi.
Nieces and Nephews & spouses of Martin Donnelly, Michael Donnelly, Steve Donnelly, Margie Donnelly, Ellen Mabel, Barbara Goglio Ghafir, David Ray, Karen Felder, Lynne Ray Tolar, Laurie Hendrix, Kevin Ray & Michelle Ray Sweet. As well as many beloved cousins, grandnieces & nephews all beyond count.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Pancrazi of 24 years. Sisters, Hilda Ray and Yvonne Donnelly. Brother-in-Laws; Jack Ray, Martin Donnelly, Fernand Goglio. Sister- in-law; Esther Goglio. Nieces; Diane Ray, Janet A Goglio and Margaret Donnelly.
Mom, you will be forever loved and will be held close in our hearts. We miss you. May you rest in eternal peace.
