I only knew Bob briefly as I took on a new role as CEO of a Blackstone-owned company. I immediately liked and gravitated towards Bob for help and advice. He was always direct, open, easy to talk to, and most of all he was just driven to help, to make things better. Everyone that worked with him shared the same high regard for Bob. I am truly sorry for your loss, but wanted to share what a positive impact Bob had on myself and others. Please accept my deepest condolences. Philip
