~~Alicia Mayor Young-Diaz, RN died unexpectedly at home on Tuesday August 8, 2017 in Kew Garden Hills, New York at the age of 80.
Alicia is survived by her husband, Moises Young-Diaz, her daughter, Arlene Young-Irizariz, her son, Moises Pacifico Young, and her grandchildren, Angel, Nicolas, Aiden, and Lorena.
Alicia was born on June 14, 1937 in the Philippines, to Pacifico and Rosenda Mayor. She worked as a registered nurse at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital for 30 years, until she retired in 2005.
A viewing service is scheduled for Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Fox Funeral Home, 98-07 Ascan Avenue, Forest Hills, NY 11375 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm
