My sweet friend Dorene..... Somehow I knew you would go home to God once I stepped on that plane. I'm not sure if I'm upset or grateful that it happened this way. So many memories of some of the best times in my life have you in them. When our kids were so little and we would talk about all the dreams we had for them. All our trips to Great Aventure, Action Park and Rockaway. You handled this journey of yours with such optimism and grace that you will forever be someone i aspire to be. Always a hopeful outlook despite the fact you never seemed to catch a break with this awful disease. I pray you are with your mom and grandma and if you see my mom please tell her sometimes I really need to feel her, Ill miss you my crazy friend, more than you would ever guess. Rest easy and know that you will always be remembered with love and laughter
