I was so sorry to hear about Kathy's passing. I grew up with with Kathy and her family in Forest Hills Gardens and only have fond memories of her, Jamie, Gregory, and their parents Jim and Catherine.
I saw her a few years ago when she was principal at a school for autistic children in Briarwood Queens. The pride in her face was evident as she gave me a tour of that wonderful facility and introduced me to her staff. She now has her final reward for all her goodness as she walks with the Lord in Heaven. Rest in peace.
